Last Friday, Qruise had its very first in-person Company Day!

Being a remote-first company works very well for us, as it enable us to hire the best minds in Europe rather than being restricted to a specific city. However, this means all our communication takes place online, through Slack or Zoom. To change this, we have decided to establish regular Qruise Company Days so that, once a month, we can all meet in person to work on our product (the Qruise toolkit), brainstorm new, innovative ideas, and just have fun together! For example, this time we were able to explore Berlin a little and refuel for the next day of hard work by grabbing some delicious food and drinks at BRLO Brwhouse, as suggested by our CGO (Chief Gastronomy Officer), Faiçal Jouini.

This first Company Day was a resounding success, and we are all excited for the next one in late April. This will be held in Munich in order to combine it with attending the LASER World of PHOTONICS conference.
