QruiseOS

Experiment comparison

Users can now select two experiments from the Experiment Database and compare them side-by-side by clicking the "Compare experiments" button. This is particularly useful when trying to understand why a previously working experiment might have suddenly started misbehaving. It also aids debugging of bring-up flows by letting you compare how drifting system parameters might be leading to performance degradation.

The feature opens a new page displaying the metadata (name, type, creation date, description, duration, branch, targets) and plots for the two selected experiments.

Zurich Instruments: LabOne and LabOneQ

We’ve added LabOne data- and web-server deployment support for the Zurich Instruments platform, with a configurable dataserver port. This allows QruiseOS to interface with Zurich Instruments hardware while supporting flexible deployment across different environments without port conflicts. LabOneQ has also been updated to version 2.61 to ensure compatibility with the latest tooling.

Usability updates

Usernames are now limited to alphanumeric characters to prevent JupyterLab spawn failures caused by special characters in user paths.

When a JupyterLab instance fails to start, its logs are now shown before the container is deleted, making debugging failed launches much easier.
